​Our practice operates as a fee for service cash based practice.  Most insurance companies do recognize Naturopathic Physicians as out-of-network providers.

 

Upon request a service summary (super bill) including appropriate medical codes (ICD-9, CPT) are provided to you for your submission to your insurance company for reimbursement.

 

 

 

Payment is expected at the time of service.  We accept cash, personal checks, Visa®,  MasterCard®, and American Express®
